The head chef and pastry chef has many years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in London, such as 'Core by Clare Smyth' and 'Angler'.

E. Juška is a finalist and prize-winner of several international and local competitions—he took 3rd place in the popular British TV show 'British Bake-Off: The Professionals', won 1st place and the Golden Fork at the 'Dessert and Wine Championship', and is a silver medalist at the 'Culinary World Cup 2022'.

Xavier Bouriot

Head chef Xavier has many years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants such as 'Les Crayères', 'Lucas Carton', 'Michel Rostang', and others.

He spent over 10 years working with chef Alain Ducasse's team and led the prestigious Auguste Escoffier culinary school at the Ritz Paris hotel.

The emotion in the restaurant is brought by taste. Taste is determined by textures, and textures by techniques rooted in mastery and professionalism.
