Champagne tastings

Champagne tastings are held in collaboration with champagne houses. Here guests can enjoy not only a multi-course tasting dinner individually created by our chefs but also the finest champagne paired with the food.

Short Training Programs with Chef Xavier Bouriot

We are organizing short training sessions with Chef Xavier Bouriot, who has extensive experience, on the following topics:

• Classic French cuisine

• Sauces and their preparation techniques

• Bite-sized appetizers

• Mediterranean cuisine

• Fish and meat preparation techniques
